accumulated on sealing surface)
Engine Runs But Will Not Idle • Rocker arm sticking

Engine Idles But Will Not Accelerate • Exhaust system air leaks
• Valve sticking

• Broken throttle cable • Spark plug cap cracked / broken
• Obstruction in air intake • Ignition coil faulty
• Air box removed (reinstall all intake components) • Ignition or kill switch circuit faulty
• Incorrect ignition timing • Poor connections in ignition system
• Restricted exhaust system • Ignition timing incorrect
• Cam worn excessively
• Sheared flywheel key
Engine Has Low Power
• Spark plug fouled
• Cylinder, piston, ring, or valve wear or damage (check
compression)
• PVT not operating properly
• Restricted exhaust muffler
• Cam worn excessively
