BODY / FRAME

REAR BUMPER REMOVAL 4. Remove the front bumper (see Chapter 10 – BODY

3. Remove the rear bumper from the vehicle.

HOOD AND FRONT BODY WORK 6. Remove the push rivets that attach the dash
assembly to the rocker panels on each side.
Hood Removal
1. To remove the hood, turn both latches to disengage
the rear portion of the hood.

7. Remove the two Torx screws and two push rivets
that retain the front and rear portions of the dash
assembly.

2. Tilt the hood back to disengage the front tabs and
remove the hood from the vehicle.
Front Body / Dash Removal
3. Remove the hood as previously described.
