FLUID CAPACITY
Oil Capacity
OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY Approx. 2 Quarts (1.9 L)

1. Clean and dry all parts thoroughly. Apply clean
engine oil to all parts. Do not use gasket sealer on Oil Filter Wrench
the pump cover mating surfaces. PU-50105 or 2.5” (64 mm)
2. Align the gerotor according to the orientation dots.

4. Slide the gerotor w onto the drive shaft and lock Oil Pressure

10 PSI @ 1200 RPM (Minimum)
40 PSI @ 7000 RPM (Minimum)
