Ball Joint Pinch Bolts:
42 ft-lbs (57 Nm)
8. Torque the tie rod end fastener t to specification
4. Apply Anti-Seize to drive shaft axle splines. and install a new cotter pin t.
5. Install front wheel hub assembly w, cone washers
TORQUE
e, and hand tighten the castle nut. Install washers
with domed side out. Tie Rod End Fastener:
15 ft-lbs (20 Nm) + 90°

9. Torque wheel hub nut y to specification and install a
new cotter pin u. Tighten nut slightly if necessary to
align cotter pin holes. Bend both ends of cotter pin
around end of spindle in different directions.

6. Install new brake caliper mounting bolts and torque
to specification.
TORQUE

Front Caliper Mounting Bolts: TORQUE
30 ft-lb (41 Nm)
Wheel Hub Castle Nut:
110 ft-lbs (149 Nm)
