MAINTENANCE
FINAL DRIVE / WHEEL AND TIRE
WHEELS TIRE PRESSURE - 2016 TO CURRENT
Inspect all wheels for runout or damage. Check wheel
nuts and ensure they are tight. Do not over tighten the CAUTION
wheel nuts.
Maintain proper tire pressure. Refer to the warning tire
pressure decal applied to the vehicle.
WARNING
Operating an ATV with worn tires will increase the
possibility of the vehicle skidding and possible loss of TIRE PRESSURE (COLD)
control.
MODEL FRONT REAR
Worn tires can cause an accident. All other Models
(Except those 7 psi (48.3 kPa) 7 psi (48.3 kPa)
Always replace tires when the tread depth measures 1/ listed below)
8” (.3 cm) or less.
TIRE PRESSURE - 2015 AND PRIOR
WHEEL, HUB, AND SPINDLE TORQUE
TABLE CAUTION
Maintain proper tire pressure. Refer to the warning tire

Steel: 27 ft-lbs (37 Nm)
Wheel Nuts Aluminum: 30 ft-lbs (41 TIRE PRESSURE (COLD)

Front Hub Retaining Nut 70 ft-lbs (95 Nm)
All other Models
Rear Hub Retaining Nut 110 ft-lbs (149 Nm)
