AIR BOX REMOVAL AIR BOX INSTALLATION

1. Remove seats. 1. Install the air box and re-engage lower mounting tabs.
2. Remove upper and lower rear close off panels. 2. Install the intake hoses onto the air box. Tighten hose
clamps to specification.

TORQUE
Intake Hose Clamps:
35 in-lb (4 Nm)

3. Install two air box mounting fasteners. Torque 3
fasteners to specification.

TORQUE
Air Box Mounting Fasteners:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)

4. Install upper and lower rear close off panels.
3. Loosen the band clamps q retaining the intake hoses 5. Install both seats.
to the air box.

4. Remove two fasteners w retaining the air box.

5. Lift air box upward to disengage lower mounting tabs
and remove air box from vehicle.
