FUSE BOX DETAIL (2015-2016)

The RZR XP 1000 Desert Edition and High Lifter models also have a 200 Amp fuse on the wiring from the battery to
the terminal block in the front. The fuse should be checked if no power is present at the terminal block.

RELAY OPERATION EFI RELAY provides power to the following systems:
Located in the fuse box under the dash, the relays assist • Fuel Injectors
with component operation like the cooling fan, fuel pump • Ignition Coil
and EFI system, drive system and EPS. • Fan Relay
• Fuel Pump Relay
NOTE

The Rear Diff Solenoid Relay (INT’L) is mounted COLOR FUNCTION
separately, attached to the lower airbox bracket, EFI fuse protected 12 Vdc
accessed through the right rear wheel well. Red / White constant battery voltage.
The Headlight Relay (INT’L) and Flash to Pass Relay
(INT’L) are also mounted separately, located under the Dark Green / ECU ground input to enable
dash. Yellow relay.

EFI fuse protected 12 Vdc
CHASSIS RELAY provides power to the following Red / White
systems: constant battery voltage.
• Lights (Headlights / Taillights) Provides 12 Vdc power for EFI
• Drive (AWD) Red / Dark Blue system circuits.
• Accessory (12V Receptacles / Accessory Options)

COLOR FUNCTION
Chassis fuse protected 12 Vdc 11
Red
constant battery voltage.
Brown Relay coil ground.
12 Vdc power input from key
Orange
switch to enable relay.
Provides 12 Vdc power for lights,
White
drive and accessory circuits.
