THROTTLE CONTROL SENSOR 7. Move the thumb lever through the full range of motion
REPLACEMENT to ensure smooth operation.
8. Connect the throttle control assembly to the vehicle

2. Disassemble the headlight pod.
3. Disconnect the throttle control assembly q connector
w form the wiring harness.

4. Remove the screws e clamping the throttle control
assembly to the handle bars.
5. loosely fasten the new throttle control assembly to the
handle bars.
6. Adjust the position for the throttle control assembly to
a comfortable riding position and evenly tighten the
screw to clamp the throttle control assembly to the
handle bars.
NOTE
Verify that the throttle control assembly does not rotate
on the handle bars.
