TRANSMISSION

39.Disconnect the transmission vent line from the 42.Remove the two fasteners r securing the

40.Unplug transmission speed sensor and gear selector
electrical connectors as well as two hinge clips. NOTE
Weldnuts are on the left side transmission mount.

43.Remove the fastener retaining the airbox to the
transmission mount.
44.Remove the transmission isolator fastener.

41.Loosen but do not remove the transmission isolator
fastener f.

45.Remove transmission mount plates.

NOTE
Note orientation of transmission mount plates.

46.Remove the transmission through the left side of the
vehicle.
CAUTION

Take care when removing not to damage components
or transmission itself.
