ENGINE / COOLING SYSTEM

RADIATOR REPLACEMENT 7. Remove two large hoses e and vent line r from the
REMOVAL radiator.

1. Remove front fascia. See Front Fascia Removal page
11.17.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove four electrical connectors from the voltage
regulators.
4. Remove two fasteners q securing voltage regulator
bracket and remove bracket/voltage regulators as an
assembly.

8. Cut zip ties retaining vent line to the fan shroud.
9. Remove two fasteners t retaining the fan assembly
to the vehicle.

5. Remove six push pins w and remove the radiator
shroud.

10.Disconnect the electrical connector to the fan.
11. Pull upward on the fan to disconnect the assembly
from its lower mounting grommets. Remove fan and
radiator as an assembly.

6. Remove two large hoses and one vent line from the
charge air radiator and remove charge air radiator
from the vehicle.
