42. Install the oil dipstick.
43. Install the coolant hose to the water pump cover and
tighten hose clamp.
44. Connect the stator wire connector and install a new
MEASUREMENT tie strap securing the wiring to the front engine mount
bracket.
Mechanical Water Pump Seal Installed Height:
0.280 - 0.287″ (7.2 +/- 0.1 mm) 45. Install the CPS sensor into the stator cover. Inspect
CPS O-ring and replace if needed.
39. Install the water pump impeller (K). Finger tighten 46. Install the right-hand rear wheel and torque the

NOTE TORQUE
The water pump impeller uses reverse (LH) threads. Wheel Nuts:
RZR 570 Steel Rims: 36 ft-lbs (49 Nm)
RZR 570 EPS Alum. Rims: 120 ft-lb (163 Nm)
RZR S 570 Alum. Rims: 30 ft-lbs (41 Nm) + 90°
47. Install both seats and the engine service panel.
48. Connect the (-) negative battery cable.
49. If the engine oil was contaminated during this service
procedure, perform an engine oil change as outlined
in Chapter 2. DO NOT run the engine until coolant
has been added to the cooling system.
50. Fill cooling system with recommend coolant and
bleed the system of air as outlined in this chapter.
51. Check for leaks.
40. Install a new water pump cover gasket.
