9. If needed, install new brake caliper mounting bolts STABILIZER BAR REPLACEMENT
and torque to specification. 1. Remove the fasteners q retaining the stabilizer bar
linkage.
TORQUE
Front Caliper Mounting Bolts:
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm)
CAUTION
New bolts have a pre-applied locking agent which is
destroyed upon removal. Always use new brake caliper
mounting bolts upon assembly.
10. Install wheel and four wheel nuts. Torque wheel nuts
to specification.
TORQUE
Wheel Nuts:
2. Remove the hood and front bumper (see Chapter 10
RZR 570 Steel Rims: 36 ft-lbs (49 Nm)
– ).
RZR 570 EPS Alum. Rims: 120 ft-lb (163 Nm)
3. Remove the four fasteners w retaining the front
RZR S 570 Alum. Rims: 30 ft-lbs (41 Nm) + 90°
bumper support to the frame.
STABILIZER BAR LINKAGE REMOVAL
1. Elevate and safely support the front of the vehicle.
2. Remove the lower shock mounting fastener from the
upper A-arm on each side of the vehicle (see
“Exploded View”).
3. Remove the upper portion of the linkage from the
stabilizer bar on each side of the vehicle (see
“Exploded View”): 8
4. Inspect the linkage assemblies for signs of excessive
wear or damage. Replace linkage assembly if
damaged.
5. Reverse the procedure for installation. Torque the
linkage fasteners to specification (see “Exploded NOTE
View”).
Properly support the bumper support and wires that are
attached.
