8. Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise until bushing is MOVEABLE SHEAVE - BUSHING
removed. Repeat Steps 5 - 8 for other bushing. INSTALLATION
1. Working from the top, insert Puller Adapter (#10) (PN
5020633) onto the puller.

9. Remove nut from puller rod and set aside.
2. Start new bushing evenly in moveable sheave. Apply
10. Remove adapters from puller. Loctite™ 680 to the back side of new bushing.
11. Remove bushing and removal tool from adapters.
Discard bushing.

3. Install sheave onto puller with new bushing upward
as shown. Install Puller Adapter (#10) (PN 5020633).
4. Install nut onto puller rod and hand tighten against
installation tool.
