ELECTRICAL

LOWER HEADLIGHT REMOVAL / 2. Remove the screw that secures the lower headlight.
INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect wire harness from the headlight.

3. Remove retaining O-ring from inner headlight mount.

2. Turn the headlight bulb counter-clockwise to loosen
and remove.

4. Pull the headlight out of the locking tab.
5. Reverse procedure for installation. Tighten fasteners
3. Remove the bulb and replace with a new one. until fully seated.
6. Adjust headlight if necessary.
NOTE
Do not touch the new light with bare fingers. Hold the LOW BEAM HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT
plastic base of the light. Oil from your skin leaves a (NON INTL)
residue, causing a hot spot that will shorten the life of
the light. 1. The low beam headlight can be adjusted slightly
upward or downward.
4. Install the harness into the headlight. Turn the
headlight harness clockwise to secure the headlight
into place.
Lower Headlight Housing Removal (if required)
1. Remove the upper and lower portion of the front 11
bumper as outlined in Body / Frame chapter.
