LIGHTING

HIGH BEAM HEADLIGHT BULB 3. Turn the headlight lamp socket counter-clockwise
REPLACEMENT and remove.

CAUTION
Do not service while headlight is hot. Serious burns
may result. Protect lamp during install.

1. Remove the fasteners on the headlight pod. Lift pod
cover up.

4. Carefully remove headlight bulb from housing.
5. Remove the headlight and replace with a new
headlight. Turn the headlight clockwise to secure the
headlight into place.
NOTE
Do not touch the light with bare fingers. Hold the plastic
part of the light. Oil from your skin leaves a residue,
2. Disconnect wire harness connector from headlight. causing a hot spot that will shorten the life of the light.

6. Reverse removal procedure for installation. Tighten
headlight fasteners until fully seated.

HEADLIGHT HOUSING REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the fasteners on the headlight pod. Lift pod
cover up.
