ASSEMBLY
1. Install new caliper seals in the caliper body. Be sure

INSTALLATION
1. Install caliper on hub strut, and torque mounting bolts
to specification.

2. Coat piston with clean Polaris DOT-approved Brake
Fluid. Install piston with a twisting motion while
pushing inward. Piston should slide in and out of
bore smoothly, with light resistance.

TORQUE
Caliper Mounting Bolts:
37 ft-lbs (50 Nm)
