80 ft-lb (108 Nm)
10. Install wheel and four wheel nuts. Torque wheel nuts
to specification.
TORQUE
Wheel Nuts:
6. Install brake caliper mounting bolts and torque to RZR 570 Steel Rims: 36 ft-lbs (49 Nm)
specification. RZR 570 EPS Alum. Rims: 120 ft-lb (163 Nm)
RZR S 570 Alum. Rims: 30 ft-lbs (41 Nm) + 90°
TORQUE
Front Caliper Mounting Bolts: 11. Rotate wheel and check for smooth operation. Bend
30 ft-lbs (41 Nm) both ends of cotter pin around end of spindle in
different directions.
