Hose Clamps:
35 in-lb (4 Nm) 13.Connect harness going to TBAP, both TMAP sensors,
CPS, coolant temp sensor, Trans switch, speed
Outer PVT Cover Fasteners: sensor, injectors, ETC.
35 in-lb (3 Nm) 14.Connect the fuel line at the fuel rail.

15.Connect the valve cover vent line.

17.Install the coolant hose to the thermostat housing and

Intake Manifold Clamps:
49 in-lb (6 Nm)
6 ft-lb (8 Nm)
Lower Intake Manifold Mounting Fasteners: 20.Install head pipe/turbo assembly. See Head Pipe /
20 ft-lb (27 Nm) Turbo Installation page 3.19.
21.Install rear fenders/fender flares. Torque fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Rear Fender/Fender Flare Fasteners:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)

22.Install cargo box. Torque fasteners to specification.

TORQUE
Cargo Box Fasteners:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
