10.Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise until bushing is 6. Install left hand thread nut onto puller rod and hand
removed and sheave comes free. tighten against installation tool.
11. Remove nut (left hand thread) from puller rod and set
aside.
12.Remove adapters from puller.
13.Remove bushing and removal tool from adapters.
Discard bushing.
CLUTCH BUSHING INSTALLATION
1. Install Number Two Puller Adapter a onto puller.

7. Turn clutch sheave counterclockwise, making sure
bushing is drawn straight into bore. Continue until
bushing is seated.
8. Remove nut from puller rod and set aside.
9. Remove installation tool and clutch sheave from
puller.

DRIVEN CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
2. Install the Adapter Reducer o onto puller.
3. Apply Loctite® 648 evenly to bushing bore inside 1. Install a new bearing q onto the clutch shaft using an
moveable sheave. arbor press. Once bearing is fully seated, install a
new snap ring w.
4. Install sheave face down on puller.
5. Install new bushing on installation tool w and install
assembly into sheave.
