4. Remove T30 Torx screw w retaining the battery strap 11. Remove left tie rod end nut i, and remove tie rod
e and remove battery strap. end joint o with a proper pulling tool. Repeat for the
opposite side of the vehicle.

5. Disconnect positive (+) and negative (-) leads from
the battery and remove the battery. 12.Remove the two front drive isolator fasteners a.
6. Remove four T40 Torx screws r and remove the
battery box t.

13.Remove three fasteners s retaining the front drive
mounting bracket d to the vehicle. Remove front
drive mounting bracket.
7. Remove four fasteners y and remove the battery
tray mounting plate u. 14.Repeat previous step on the opposite side of the
vehicle.

8. Disconnect front gearcase wiring harness.
9. Raise the front of the vehicle.
10.Remove both front wheels.
