15.Remove two mounting fasteners h from LH steering 18.To remove steering rack, remove steering rack and
rack mounting cast j. Leave mounting cast in its steering rack mounting cast as an assembly. Pull
position. assembly out from the left side of the vehicle,
between the upper and lower A-arms.

16.Remove lower steering shaft pinch bolt k and
remove lower steering shaft from steering rack.

NOTE
Turn steering wheel full clockwise to gain access to the
lower steering shaft pinch bolt. Take note of steering
wheel orientation to ensure it is reinstalled correctly.

17.Remove fastener l retaining lower stabilizer bar link.
Repeat on opposite side of vehicle.
