24.Disconnect the fuel line g at the fuel rail. 29.Remove PVT hoses and outer cover.

25.Disconnect vent line h from the valve cover. 30.Remove secondary clutch, belt, and primary clutch.
31.Remove six fasteners l and remove the inner PVT
cover baffle.

26.Loosen and remove clamps j retaining intake
manifold to engine. Remove lower manifold mounting
bolt k (to trans mount bracket).
32.Support the bottom side of the engine with wood
blocks or from the top side with an engine lift.
33.Remove the three allen screws 1( and washers 2)
retaining inner cover to engine.

27.Remove intake manifold and throttle body as
assembly.
28.Disconnect the starter wiring.
